Feed pushing robot

Increased feed intake leads to higher milk production. The Butler Gold Pro continuously pushes the feed loosely against the feed barrier. The roughage moves through the special auger, maintaining its quality and freshness. This ensures that the animal always has roughage available.

Providing constant access to roughage prevents competition at the feed barriers. This creates a calm barn environment where all animals receive sufficient roughage.

Safe and energy-efficient

The Butler Gold Pro comes equipped with maintenance-free batteries. The Butler is standardly equipped with 2 x 105 Ah batteries. It is possible to replace the batteries with maintenance-free 2 x 160 Ah batteries. The energy consumption of the standard batteries is <4 kWh per day based on 100 cows, 14 feed passages, and loose feed.

The feed pusher robot also has a safety switch and a valve. When an obstacle is detected, it automatically shuts off the robot. This prevents unwanted objects or body parts from entering the robot. The robot is capable of easily opening and closing doors to maintain the optimal climate inside the barn.

The robot is connected to your Wifi network, allowing you to access the robot's data via a PC, tablet, or smartphone. The Butler Gold Pro is also equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen for viewing data in the barn.
