By regularly feeding small portions, the animals eat more and their natural eating behavior is stimulated. This is possible with the Shuttle Eco. The agile, independently powered feed robot provides your animals with feed 24/7. This feed robot is equipped with the latest battery technology and has a specially developed synthetic mixing hopper made of wear-resistant material.

Feeding smaller portions more frequently mimics the natural eating behavior of animals. This results in higher feed intake, higher milk yield, and improved animal welfare. The Shuttle Eco operates on a FIFO (First In First Out) basis. Using the bottom chain, feed is transported to the milling machine and then to the Shuttle Eco. The older feed is used up first before the newer feed is delivered. The feed robot cuts and mixes the desired concentrates and mineral components. It is also possible to add liquids to the roughage with the Shuttle Eco. Depending on your farm's feed settings, the Shuttle Eco can lift all feed ingredients from storage or directly from the silo. All data is recorded with the software for analysis.
