An IDC that fits your needs
The IDC is developed to make milking efficient and easy for you as a milk producer. The development of the IDC is based on many years of experience and knowledge. SAC has developed multiple milk units so that you can always find an IDC that meets your needs.
The function of an IDC
The IDC controls the pulsator. This ensures a constant speed and guarantees that the pulsation deviation is less than 1%. This results in continuity in the milking process and better cow health and milk quality. The cascade switching of the cascade-pulsation system allows the connected IDCs to operate asynchronously. This improves the stability of the vacuum level. The system reduces fluctuations in the vacuum level in the milk lines and vacuum tubes.
The IDC has a milk flow-controlled stimulation phase. When the cow releases milk within the first 90 seconds and the milk flow is sufficient, the stimulation stops and the IDC switches to the set suction-rest ratio. If the cow does not release milk within the first 90 seconds, a warning light will come on.
With the IDC, you can set up automatic intake, and you can set the desired level in advance. If the milk yield falls below this level, the vacuum is removed, the intake cylinder is activated, and the pulsator stops in the open position. Stopping in the open position is to minimize the risk of infections via the teat canal.

IDC 1
The IDC 1 is an electronically controlled milk unit that combines everything needed for milking at each milking station.
- Suitable for cows and goats
- Equipped with cascade pulsation
- The pulsation stops in an open position of the teat cup
- Alarm function for deviations during milking

IDC 2
The IDC 2 is similar to the IDC 1, but it has a milk indicator. The amount of milk in liters that flows through the meter is displayed on the IDC's display. An electronic flow meter measures the milk yield.
- All the benefits of IDC 1
- Suitable for cows and goats
- Milk indicator that displays the number of liters on the display
- Contains an electronic flow meter

IDC 2B
The IDC 2B is similar to the IDC 2 in terms of functionality, but it does not have a display. Ideal when the IDC is placed in a location where the display cannot be read.
- All the benefits of IDC 2
- Suitable for cows and goats
- No display

IDC 3
The milk unit IDC 3 has international ICAR certification for systems with a low-level milking line.
- All the benefits of IDC 2
- Suitable for cows
- ICAR certification

IDC 3B
The milk unit IDC 3B is similar to IDC 3 in terms of functionality, but it does not have a display. Ideal when the IDC is placed in a location where the display cannot be read.
- All the benefits of IDC 3
- Suitable for cows
- No display
